Sited on a unique site with a significant stand of native bush spanning half the site this terraced house development is now consented and construction is due to commence in August. Significant thought has gone into this project and the finished result will display many unique features at prices that are some 25% lower than general housing in the area answering the call for more affordable housing.
Located a short walk from the Ormiston Senior College it is hard to see this exciting project being anything but successful. Our team looks forward with excitment to seeing all of the effort that has gone into this project paying off over coming months.
