Project Description
Auckland Council have engaged Candor3 to help with the structure planning and plan change work for the Whenuapai area. Our role is to provide land development advice and to advise of the implications of the decisions that Council, Watercare and Auckland Transport have to make as regards the land development outcomes.
To this end Candor3 have prepared an indicative scheme plan for circa 13,000 sections backed up by a 3d model with key infrastructure mapped out and tested for suitability.
