About John Gardiner

John is sole Director at Candor³, a company he founded in 2011. With over 30 years Civil Engineering experience, John has overseen exponential growth of Candor³ since its beginning just a few years ago. Prior to starting Candor³, John was a major shareholder and the sole engineering director at Woods for 12 years and oversaw staff across a wide range of projects within New Zealand and the Pacific. These projects included some of New Zealands largest land development projects as well as a variety of significant infrastructure projects such as the flood mitigation project for Apia’s central business district and the Ormiston Road upgrade.
