We get that our business is only as good as our people. Our reputation for innovation and delivering is driving serious growth at present, so we are looking to make more hires through 2015. This is how we do that:
If you decide that our opportunities match what you enjoy doing – we want you to complete a “reality check” (below) to ensure that you meet the essentials for working in Candor³ and in New Zealand. You are also invited to check out the Candor³ “experience” pages, and if you are thinking of relocating to New Zealand (and many of our people are new Kiwis) we also have a bit of background information that could help you with your decision. Further information on working in New Zealand will be provided after you upload your CV.
To begin we will get you to stretch your thinking a bit with our “solving problems, creatively”. Following the quiz there are some basic requirements to working in New Zealand, and working at Candor³. We ask you to fill in this application process telling us about your education and experience to date.
We will then invite you to upload your CV if you have at least some of what we consider is important. Before you do the upload – please review our CV checklist – to make sure that we get the best chance to review your experience.
We will get back to you quickly to tell you if we have live opportunities, or opportunities in the longer term, or we can’t see any chance to match your skills with our needs.
