A 330 lot staged subdivision. Not being a part of the group that lodged the SHA application our client had to wait until the zoning became operative for Resource Consent to be processed. Working collaboratively with Council the Resource consent was issued shortly after the zoning change.
Construction started in November and despite a wet winter the titles for stage 1 being 110 lots and stage 2 being 125 lots both issued in early December 2016. The s224c for stage 2 was issued 6 days after submission to Council, an example of how good communication and collaboration can pay dividends. Stage 3 is currently under construction.
