Project Description
With stages 1 and 2 comprising 200 residential lots having been completed in December 2016 and stages 3 and 4 construction well advanced this development has come a long way since its inception in 2014. With 69 terraced houses scheduled for construction adjacent to Sir Barry Curtis Park in 2017 and a further 129 lots to be commenced in stage 5 the completed development will have in excess of 600 dwellings including approximately 100 apartments. Candor³ are carrying out all surveying, engineering and urban design works on this exciting project.
