Project Description
A development in Weymouth aimed at delivering approximately 300 affordable homes into the Auckland market.
The project was the fast tracked having been declared a Special Housing Area. It had the honour of being the first ever consent lodged with the Council’s Housing Project Office under the Unitary Plan.
