Through November and December, we ran a number of helifishing trips for clients with a vineyard lunch to finish. Regardless of how successful the fishing catch, each trip was well received and further trips are planned for 2017.

Winter is a tricky time to organize outdoor events with any success so we opted for cooking with an engineering twist – we had to build gingerbread houses. Great fun and all survived the judge’s earthquake test! With lunch and a few drinks thrown in it was a relaxing afternoon.
